Actually it was an option, the "-q" one, not a query command.
"-q" is now implemented in the subversion version of the package, can
you please give it a try and possibly patch your completion on top of
it? It should be enough to pass -q when invoking vim-addons to query for
installation / removal of a package, the output format is
"name<TAB>status". *but* you will actually need to pass the -w and
--target-dir options to ensure the query is what you want to do ...
