Hi, On behalf of the team, sorry for the very very very late response :-) This problem appears to be more generic since there is a config_text_file_save() function nowdays and I have confirmed that it doesn't use flock(). This would be a bigger problem when using e.g. asterisk-gui that tried to write to the configuration files using the above function. Adding the locks isn't that trivial since this means that it may block indefinitely or fail immediately, none of which is a good thing for this type of application.
