That's the plan indeed. I want to give it some days of testing in
unstable this time, though, to avoid a nasty followup uploads to
stable due to a regression.

This update isn't exactly very conservative, there are changes in it
which I consider not essential for a stable release. However, in the
long run it's more beneficial to get the upstream microreleases in.
