Hi,

I have communicated with the maintainer of the rpmstrap package, Piotr
Roszatycki, and he has agreed that the package should be removed. In
fact, I asked him to file the bug in our email exchange, but I fear he
may have forgotten or become busy and not had time.

Basically, rpmstrap is superseded by mach, is effectively broken and
dead upstream.

Regards,

- -Roberto
