Yes, because I wasn't prepared to add a dependency on libfcgi-perl to perl-modules. This was the reason I split the package out in the first place. I figured that in most cases users who wanted FactCGI would know enough to install libfcgi-perl, and any packages would have a dependency already... Turns out that there are a handful with only a dep on libcgi-fast-perl.
