Hi,
I had the same bug after upgrading.
It seems that using pam_rhosts instead of pam_rhosts_auth fixes the
problem. Since it is written that pam_rhosts_auth is deprecated I didn't
look more deeply into it.
I do think it has something to do with the patch that solved #440019, but
I haven't really bothered testing it.
