Ugh.  Sorry, I should have checked for conflicts.  (Hm, I wonder if
lintian could do something with apt-file....)

This is going to be kind of annoying, since kstart has been called kstart
for longer than KDE has existed and a fair bit of stuff depends on its
name.  (It's been circulating around the schools that use Kerberos and AFS
for quite a while now.)  On the other hand, it is being phased out, so
while the renaming is going to be annoying for us here at Stanford, it's
probably a good idea anyway and we should just absorb the pain of changing
everything that calls it.

I'll see what I can do.  The next upload will at least declare the
conflict, but I'll probably go ahead and rename the binary.  It's
certainly easier for this kstart to be renamed than KDE!  :)
