This is probably due to all soname changes off libboost.
A binNMU would fix the problem, however I just uploaded -2 which fix a
bunch of issues.
Could you please wait for 0.5.5-2 and give a try again ?

Symlinking that file to the file deluge expects works, but it looks like a
