OK, now I am confused here. You reported this bug against 0.2.1 but
your cache data indicates sources for lenny which is testing which only
has 0.2.0 - Emdebian has 0.2.1 but only in unstable.

I can't reproduce this in 0.2.0 but I can in 0.2.1 - now that I
artificially upgraded apt-cross in my test chroot to the version in
Emdebian unstable.

The error that appears about a missing file is not actually fatal. The
missing file is simply ignored and apt-cross carries on - it's just that
it doesn't tell you that. (Sorry).

The actual error was later on in the script and relates to packages
that use epochs which was messing up the regular expressions that are
used to identify the filename and the location on the server to pass to
wget.

Strangely, the same error had carried over into 0.2.9 which doesn't use
wget and doesn't use the check from 0.2.1, but it's fixed there now too.

So I'm tagging this pending, I recommend downgrading to apt-cross 0.2.0
(which, AFAICT, is what you should be running judging by your cache
policy) and waiting for (>= 0.2.9), the version using the re-written
dpkg-cross.
