Currently there is an upstream SchoolTool release in alpha stage. We depend on and are waiting for Zope 3.4 to be released before finalizing the latest SchoolTool release. Zope 3.4 is currently in beta, and so hasn't been uploaded to unstable yet. The current release date for Zope 3.4 is "it will be done when it's done", (http://mail.zope.org/pipermail/zope3-dev/2007-August/023452.html).
