Maybe I have totally missed your point, but why not turn
off authentication for when amavisd-new sends the mail back
to postfix?
i.e. add "-o smtpd_auth_enable=no" to the 127.0.0.1:10025 entry
in your postfix/master.cf?
The latest version of amavisd-new is in experimental, and needs more
work (I need to consider the current config system and see if it needs
improvement) and testing.
