I can see your point for keeping them in /var. Will there be a patched
release that doesn't move certs to /var if there is a puppet.conf,
puppetd.conf, or puppetmasterd.conf that manages the ssl cert dir?
Probably a moot point now.
I guess the real lesson here is never assume people are just upgrading from
one minor release to another, because more and more I think you'll find
that people will be skipping over several releases.
Thanks for your time and energy maintaining the Puppet packages, Matt! In
general, I'm very happy with them.
