Package: xine-ui Version: 0.99.5-2+b1 Severity: minor
When starting xine from the command line to play a dvd as a normal user (simply as: xine dvd://), I always get one or more lines like: "No accelerated IMDCT transform found" just now I re-tried as root and error/warning did not show. Since, apparently, if no IMDCT transform can be used, xine uses a slow emulation, I will assume xine can do much beter for all users if somehow this could be enabled for all. My tests were a bit short to see a real difference, beside my system is fast enough with or without any emulation, so bug is declared minor (after all everything works).
