Package: gdb Version: 6.3-5 Severity: normal I ran gdb on totem:
gdb totem Once it had started, I tried to run it on "How software patents work.mov" by typing r How<TAB> This was completed to r How software patents work.mov This caused totem to complain because "How" did not exist. I think that, when gdb performs tab completion, it should escape the spaces by preceding them with backslashes. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: powerpc (ppc) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-powerpc Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages gdb depends on: ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-20 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libncurses5 5.4-4 Shared libraries for terminal hand ii libreadline4 4.3-11 GNU readline and history libraries -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
