I corrected the problem by deleting files in /var/lib/cyrus/deliveredb/* and running: /usr/sbin/cyrdeliver -E 1 This created a number of deliver-?.db and deliver-?.lock files in that directory and the errors went away. Perhaps this should be done during the postinstall automatically?
