Thanks a lot, I am myself a debian user, so I feel really bad that I never
got around to make new packages.

If I remember it right, the problem was that version 1.2.0 and 2.0.0 had
files that where named the same, and since 2.0.0 is not backward compatible
with 1.2.0 this posed some problems.

All the files used in the 2.0.0 package which was rejected is available
here:
http://leenissen.dk/~lukesky/debian/

If you have any questions, please let me know.

May I ask which package that you have that relies on FANN?
