The correct command is: command_line /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_load -w $ARG1$,$ARG2$,$ARG3$ -c $ARG4$,$ARG5$,$ARG6$
I'd guess this one is important, since it makes this plugin unusable (although it's easily fixed by changing this line.
