To reproduce:
1. Run slashem-sdl
2. Start a game
3. Press `?' to open help menu
4. Press `a' or `b' to open command help
Expected result: Game shows command help
Actual result: Help menu closes without showing help
Most of the help menu keys do nothing, but some of them still work, such
as `f'. In the tty version all of the options work correctly.
