This is FALSE! -- It should be:
MAILDIR=${HOME}/Maildir
DEFAULT=${MAILDIR}/
But I realy donot know, whether this should be in "README.Maildir"
since it is explained in the manpages of "procmail"
Also "/usr/share/doc/procmail/README.Maildir" should suggest to do a
su - root -c "mkdir -p /etc/skel/Maildir/{tmp,new,cur}"
su - root -c "chmod -R 0700 /etc/skel/Maildir"
