Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this on my i386 box:
% gwhy test.mlw
[...] .gwhyrc : invalid value for window_width
[...] .gwhyrc : invalid value for window_height
[...] .gwhyrc : invalid value for font_size
[...] cache empty !
Notice the "cache empty" message. Could you try to remove the gwhy.cache
file (it should be either in the /tmp directory or in the current
directory)?
