Ok, the second time I read the full text and you're right :-) But when
you output a full page of text then I think there will be many users who
- just like me - will read only the beginning and the end. Would it be
possible to shorten the text? The service-restart question in libc has
only half the length, and therefore it is much easier to read.

You're right again, I misremembered the action name. I only remembered
seeing the "Scheduling reload..." text on gdm upgrades, and I guessed
that it was the 'restart' action that did that.
