You can see the set of binary packages built from a source package by visiting the following: <http://packages.debian.org/src:graphviz>. You probably want to install “libgv-tcl”. Alternatively, you could just run “apt-cache rdepends libgraphviz3” or “apt-cache showsrc graphviz | grep Binary:”. (The later probably supposes you have some “deb-src” lines in your “sources.list”.)
