Indeed, you're right. GdkLauncher accepts the URL without the protocol
part so I thought QtLauncher would too. To be honest I expect the
backend to handle that and not the frontend, so I didn't think about
that kind of issue.

Agreed. I was just playing a bit with WebKit to get a rough idea of
its current state.
