Bug#245015: openafs-modules-source: shell syntax in makefile: fails to build against headers

In trying to recreate my original problem report, to provide you with 
more detailed information about the exact problem (it was somewhere in 
the 'configure' bit and had to do with the 'checking for exported 
sys_call_table' portion, if I remember correctly), I fail misserably.

Alas, really no clue what the exact change on the system was that made 
it work, but it is working fine at this point in time.

Only inconvenience has to do with the requirement to run as root at the 
end of the build, but that is a minor issue and something for another 
bug report.
