Hello, I have the same problem. I found out, that this problem appeared when the gateway server restarts, so probably because forwarders are not available.
I tested it on my local PC, but disconnecting PC from internet did not cause the problem. So I think, it appears only when there are much DNS request together with disconnecting from internet. I use this Bind only as forwarding DNS for about 2000 customers.
