Ok, I managed to reproduced this bug. I wrongly associated "codec with id 20" with iLBC :( This bug is caused by the fact that support for mpeg-based codecs has been removed from the latest version of debian ffmpeg[1]. Therefore wengophone needs to be recompiled without video support, sadly. Next upload will solve this issue.
