Hi Simon, Changes made as per below.
Have created /debian/ and /debian-cd/ I am using the anonftpsync for sync which connects to ftp.uk.debian.org for debian and have changed rsync to ftp.us.debian.org for debian-cd Currently it still rsync'ing will mail you once it has completed.
