Hi, Sorry for taking so long to respond. I don't know Hebrew so I can't tell if the letters are reversed, but could please take a look at LyX 1.5.1 which has been recently uploaded to experimental? Perhaps the letters are in the correct order in this version, which is based on Qt4.
