/usr/share/man/es/man1/ls.1.gz is incorrectly written in UTF-8. At the
moment, unfortunately, manual pages must still be written in the legacy
encoding for the respective language, in this case ISO-8859-1. Once
support for source UTF-8 manual pages is completed, they will need to be
installed in a different path anyway.

This is also reported in #395503, and the reporter's assessment is
correct. To the manpages-es maintainer: please make this change.
