Hmm, if `M-: (load "pgg-parse.elc") RET' with xemacs21-mule doesn't cause an error of pgg-parse-crc24, it should not be a -mule/-nomule issue of the gnus package. Please try: - check whether old *.elc files remain in /usr/local/ and so on. - remove the gnus package to use xemacs21-basesupport's Gnus. - use a minimum setting for your init files, ~/.xemacs/*, ~/.gnus, etc. I'm not familar with Gnus and I cannot reproduce your problem currently. If you suggest me a minimum setting and a procedure to reproduce your problem, I'll investigate the cause of the problem. Thanks, -- Tatsuya Kinoshita
