aha, that's what i get for responding to my emails in-order. they only issue
i have with this is that as it is the patch results in all the extensions
being built twice. assuming/hoping that the extensions from apache2handler
can be used by apache2filter, it should suffice to remove them. i'll give
that a swing later this weekend maybe.
does anyone else have a comment?
