A03flush.def makes:

    $IPTABLES -F FORWARD
    $IPTABLES -t mangle -P PREROUTING ACCEPT
    $IPTABLES -t mangle -P OUTPUT ACCEPT
    $IPTABLES -t mangle -F PREROUTING
    $IPTABLES -t mangle -F OUTPUT

but forgets the INPUT, POSTROUTING and FORWARD chains.
