Lazy answer: no. I don't know prozilla.

Less lazy one: well, the elinks developers changed the source in approximately
3 hours I believe, so it may not be really hard. You can always try to contact
pasky (Petr Baudis who too responded to the bug) who did the change, if you're
very stuck.
