Package: slapd Version: 2.3.30-5Crashed slapd-db, which db-recover to use? Though you can see it, if you look at which version of libdb is installed with slapd, it would be nice to have the version of the bdb in the documentation, maybe also the suggestion to install the right version of the db-util.
