Hi ! I've just uploaded 8.40.4 to experimental but it does not seem to solve this issue here..
Could you try it and send feedback here ? Also, if you too still have the watermark issue, could you also send some more mail/bug/whatever to ATI, I still can't believe they did not fix this...
