This might be against policy (if so, please close) but it's a little
annoying to have to install all the alpine packages just to satisfy
alpine-dbg. Need it really depend on any other packages? Or could it
not at least depend on alpine | pilot | alpine-pico?
Right now the depends are generated automatically by debhelper. As far as
I know, the official Debian Policy doesn't cover -dbg packages at all, so
I'm fine with alpine | pilot | alpine-pico.

I've made this change in Subversion and it'll go out next time the package
is released.
