Package: libestools1.2-dev Version: 1:1.2.3-11 Severity: important Some of the header files contains a macro guarded inclusion which includes a non-existing file named est_string_config.h. Here's some snips:
// /usr/include/speech_tools/EST_String.h 37 #ifdef HAVE_CONFIG_H 38 # include "est_string_config.h" 39 #endif As you can see, the non-existing est_string_config.h will be included if HAVE_CONFIG_H is defined, which is very common with autotools generated packages. Currently it causes FTBFS with new stardict version 3.0.0, and possibly a majority of rdepends. It is said that the new 2.0beta version 1.96 of festival and version 1.2.96 of speech-tools has fixed this glitch already, which is binary compatible with 1.4.3. It is highly appreciated if the new version is packaged for Debian. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (995, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (300, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.21-2-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages libestools1.2-dev depends on: ii libc6-dev 2.6-2 GNU C Library: Development Librari ii libesd0-dev 0.2.36-3 Enlightened Sound Daemon - Develop ii libestools1.2 1:1.2.3-11 Edinburgh Speech Tools Library ii libncurses5-dev 5.6+20070716-1 Developer's libraries and docs for Versions of packages libestools1.2-dev recommends: pn speech-tools-doc <none> (no description available) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
