Red Hat removed rmail-mime and emh from the semi package because of Red Hat Bug #60301: Bugzilla Bug 60301 - semi is unusable https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=60301 The upstream development of rmail-mime seems not to be active, and I'm not familiar with rmail-mime.
