Package: acct
Version: 6.4~pre1-4
Severity: wishlist

-- System Information:
Debian Release: lenny/sid
  APT prefers testing
  APT policy: (500, 'testing')
Architecture: i386 (i686)

The atop patches are really nice to have, but there are no 'conflicts' on the
packages
(only a warning in the package description that the account files are
incompatible).
Would it be possible to add the additional fields to the acct code (acct.h) and
conditionally
use them if 'ACCT_VERSION' is found to be the new format (I'm thinking of
pacct_rd.c and acct.h).

Kernel: Linux 2.6.18 (SMP w/2 CPU cores)
Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8)
Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash

Versions of packages acct depends on:
ii libc6 2.6-2 GNU C Library: Shared libraries

acct recommends no packages.
