Oh, I see, the fstab entry is for your home partition, not the CD image.

Anyway, I don't see the "defaults" option listed in your fstab line.
It's quite possible that "exec" (one of the options enabled by
"defaults") is needed, and maybe it's enabled by default when you did
the manual mount without options, but not when mounted from fstab. Maybe
compare /proc/mounts for your two cases to see what the difference is.

(Also consider using winecfg to assign Windows drive mappings to your
mount points, if you like.)
