Are those packages uploaded recently? It seems like the server is not updating the package list recently, and tag updates for new packages like, for example, rootage, have been failing. I'm Cc-ing Erich as he's the one managing the server. Also, which interface are you using for updating? Erich's packagebrowser or debtags-edit? debtags-edit filters for packages not available in the APT database, so it may be that you don't see packages not available in your architecture.
