  I won't for these reasons:
  * it would be output abuse as this file is unused hence does no harm ;
  * if you didn't touched it it has been removed for most of the users,
    and maybe the local admin really wants it to work with that file,
    I'm nobody to decide that ;
  * if you want to decruft your system, just run dpkg -s (or even faster
    dlocate) on your /etc/* files, you'll happily have a list of the
    ones that are now orphan from a package.
