Package: sox
Version: 13.0.0-1+b1
Severity: normal

It's no longer possible to use sox with flac input or output files.

Although the sox binary links against libFLAC.so.8, sox --help doesn't
list flac support; and when trying to use sox -t flac, it reports "File
type `flac' is not known".

This used to work with 13.0.0-1. Indeed, the build log shows that the
configure script didn't detect flac availability when building the newer
package -- seems it doesn't work with the newer libflac version.
