For patents reasons, ffmpeg libraries does not support anymore encoding to MPEG2.
Still, we need an easy way to rebuild theses packages for those who want anyway to use MPEG2. You must know that a large user base in France needs that to use the called "Freeplayer" function of their ADSL modem (FAI : Free).
