uim.mo was moved from uim-applet-gnome to libuim0 and libuim0-nox.

Please test following commands,

% dpkg -i /var/cache/apt/uim-applet-gnome_0.4.6final1-2_i386.deb
% apt-get -f install

If failed, add --force-depends option in dpkg.
