'http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=bulmages-docs&version=unstable' The rules file seems to want the build process for bulmages-docs to install documentation into usr/share/doc/bulmages/docs (instead of usr/share/doc/bulmages-docs).
