It is worth a try even if it may not be > the problem. I've tried to switch off firewalling for restarting the connection and it made no difference. I had the firewall in place when the connection leaving the call manager broke up, though. I'm using shorewall and have configured the firewall according it's documentation including modifications for a pptp internet connection. However, are there any rules i should have in the firewall?
