Thanks for the patch. I have worked a little during the vacation on
bugs 411666 and 419996 and produced a patch which conflicts with yours
and I feel that we both felt that directory creation needs to be done
in saner way anyway (or on a need to do basis).

So I think I'll make a function that handles svn directory creation to
be sure weird bugs like 411666, 419996 and 433536 don't appear anytime
soon.

As Gonéri told me some time ago, svn-buildpackage itself is ok, but
all other scripts need some love.

(Of course, patches are welcome and I'll work on merging your patch).
