http://dehs.alioth.debian.org/maintainer.php?name=kino shows that the current debian/watch file is not correct, since it leads uscan to consider the debian package is not up to date with respect to upstream version. Exemple: currently, the real upstream version is 1.1.0, debian package is also in 1.1.0.
