Bug#307902: Which is state of this?

 Hi.

 Is has passed exactly one year from last message on this thread. I'd like
 to see resolved bug with get_notify, and snapshot version of
 ruby-postgres in http://ruby.scripting.ca/postgres/ solves it.

 Any clue about future inclusion in Debian?
